```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and employee management
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Supervise and train store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
- Oversee store merchandising and ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store employees
- Manage payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is highly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in inventory control and management
- Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus
