Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, offer beauty product recommendations, and assist clients in achieving their beauty goals.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide personalized beauty consultations
- Recommend and demonstrate cosmetics, skincare, and hair care products
- Assist clients in selecting the right products for their needs
- Perform makeovers and beauty treatments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Process transactions using cash registers or POS systems
- Manage inventory levels and restock products as necessary
- Utilize social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service within the beauty industry
- Knowledge of various beauty products and trends
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and appointments efficiently
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding service
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse clientele
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon or beauty setting
- Proficiency in using Millennium software or similar beauty industry tools
- Experience with cash handling procedures and maintaining financial records
