Job Description: Client Service Manager
We're seeking a professional Client Service Manager to join our successful and growing financial planning and wealth management firm. As a key member of our close-knit team, you'll thrive in our collaborative environment and perform with high standards and intentionality.
The ideal candidate is relationship and detail-oriented, knowledgeable about financial services, and can work both independently and collaboratively. Problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering comprehensive client solutions are essential. You'll excel in our comfortable, small office setting.
While a securities license is preferred, it's not required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare agendas and reports for client meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Conduct tax gain/loss analysis.
- Actively participate in client meetings.
- Conduct mild investment research, analyze recommendations, and generate proposals.
- Handle complex issues and liaise with wholesalers, LPL Research, and Investment Consulting.
- Gather necessary information for annuity riders, tax queries, and performance updates.
- Conduct cost basis research and implement investments.
- Perform ongoing investment model due diligence.
- Provide operational support, including distribution options, and technical client communications.
- Offer backup support to team members as needed.
- Manage paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of Redtail, LPL, and Orion systems is advantageous but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
