The impact you'll make:

As a Sr. Digital Analyst, you will support the Sr. Director of Digital Growth by leveraging digital data to derive actionable insights that enhance the online customer journey and digital performance. Your analysis and learnings will help to improve customer LTV, Repeat Rate, Conversion Rate and our overall digital business. You will work closely with the Digital and FP&A teams on ongoing reports and analysis, as well as annual budget building and daily KPI goal-setting. You are data-driven, obsessed with constant improvement and driving results. You enjoy working cross functionally and feel comfortable presenting your work in front of technical and non-technical teams.

What you'll do:

• Core responsibilities include the generation and implementation of technical requirements for analytics, build and maintain regular reports, conduct analyses that support the understanding and improvement of Saje.ca/.com business KPI’s.
• Generate insights from digital data (from owned websites to traffic channels such as Email, Meta, Google) and communicate issues and opportunities.
• Design effective and impactful reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences, at both tactical and executive levels, driving informed decision-making.
• Leverage analytics to continuously recommend optimization tactics that will improve digital performance.
• Uncover user engagement trends: analyze user behaviour across digital channels to identify trends and unlock growth opportunities.
• Segment audiences based on behaviour: leverage datasets to define audience segments based on digital interactions to support targeted campaign strategies.
• Define and execute quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of analytical output, maintaining data platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Champion data governance best practices, ensuring data accuracy, security, and ethical usage.
• Support the building and maintenance of our annual Digital budgets (including KPI’s such as revenue, transactions, conversion rate, traffic).
• Setting of daily digital KPI targets, and daily monitoring of performance against them.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests as required (digital and cross-functional teams).

Your Qualifications:

• University Degree or equivalent in data analytics or data science (business and/or marketing education considered a plus).
• Minimum 3-5 years working in digital analytics.
• Experience working in a digital Business to Consumer (B2C) environment is critical.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision making.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Office Suite.
• Experience in goal-setting and defining and monitoring KPI’s such as Traffic, Conversion Rate, Revenue, LTV, CAC, Repeat and Churn Rates.
• Experience with translating 1st & 3rd party digital performance data such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Meta, CRM tools, etc.
• Ability to construct AB/multivariate testing from hypothesis to conclusion.
• Experience with Shopify Plus is an asset.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, R, Python and/or other programming languages.
• Working experience presenting data and learnings to upper management in a concise way that gains stakeholder buy-in.
• Excellent time management skills. Highly planful, but agile and capable of deriving creative solutions.
• Data-driven, results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.
• Pro-active problem solving and critical thinking skills.

The compensation range for this position is from $75,000 - 90,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
