The role of the Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer involves the consolidation of data from various sources into an efficient data warehouse and the creation of high-level solutions aimed at supplying decision-makers with insights to enhance operational efficiency. This includes analyzing the success of marketing campaigns, evaluating sales and profitability, and comprehending customer preferences and behaviors.

This is a Hybrid position working from home Monday and Friday, and working in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Within this position, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Acquiring knowledge about the business and establishing key performance indicators for the company to enhance analytics.
• Strategically planning and executing Business Intelligence initiatives, both long-term and short-term.
• Architecting and crafting data marts along with their associated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Assuming accountability for ensuring data quality.
• Providing training to users in the utilization of reporting tools for designing analytics.
• Managing databases and the reporting environments.
• Creating Reports and Dashboards as needed.
