Job Overview:
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team and assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, along with exceptional communication skills.

Duties:
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source and identify qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process
- Manage employee orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Collaborate with HRIS systems to maintain accurate candidate records

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of related recruitment experience is required. Experience in related Human Services field is preferred.
• Micro-Soft Word and Excel experience required.
• Must drive to recruitment career fairs and other recruitment activities.
