Saint Anne Communities is actively enhancing the facility’s Resident-Directed Care, and seeks a full-time Environmental Services Director to join our Mission-based, caring team environment.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Trade School Certificate or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in a comparable position (3 years preferred)
- Supervisory experience and administrative responsibilities (required)
- Experience in institutional cleaning (2 years required)
- Summary of Job Duties:
- Communicate effectively with the elderly, staff, vendors, and visitors
- Create and follow schedules according to Saint Anne Communities’ policies and procedures
- Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes
- Promote positive public relations for the organization
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and implement the overall Housekeeping and Laundry programs
- Prepare and conduct ongoing in-service education programs for Environmental Services staff members
- Conduct interviews and select Housekeeping/Laundry staff members
- Maintain infection control departmental procedures
- Maintain inventory of Housekeeping/Laundry supplies and linen
- Responsibly purchase departmental supplies
- Monitor the cleaning process, as well as chemicals and their utilization
- Maintains MSDS sheets for the Environmental Services Department
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and any standards applicable to the Facility’s operations is a definite plus
