Saint Anne's offers the following benefits:

Full time employees are eligible for the following benefits after 90 days of employment. Medical, dental and vision benefits are effective the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

Job duties to include:

Conducts assessments of residents and notifies appropriate parties

Assists with admission assessments and formulations of the plan of care

Plans and provides care which meets physical, psychological, spiritual and rehabilitative needs

Administer and document medications

Administers special skin care procedures

Skills and Requirements needed to fulfill the position:

Valid Indiana LPN or RN licensure

CPR certification is required
