Sailfish Point Country Club, located on Hutchinson Island in Stuart, FL, has an opening for a well-rounded Line Cook for its 41 year old member owned Club. The community has 522 homes with an average member age of 66 and generates $4 million annually in Food & Beverage revenue. Located a few feet from the Atlantic Ocean, Sailfish Point has a newly renovated 60,000 sf. Clubhouse, an 11,000 sf. fitness and tennis center, a full service spa, five restaurants and bars, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Signature course and a full service 77 slip Marina with ocean access via the St. Lucie inlet. Position Summary: This position prepares food for each meal service, as assigned. May be asked to function in Pantry, Broiler, Saute, Garde Manger, Fry, or Saucier position, depending on individual strength. Must be able to cook meat to temperature. Reports to Executive Sous Chef.
