RSi is seeking a Program Control Analyst to join our team supporting our corporate office.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Control Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Program Control Analyst will be responsible for providing financial and program control support for our projects. This role involves analyzing program performance, tracking budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program control, excellent analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze program budgets, costs, and revenue to identify trends and variances.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
• Monitor project financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and resource allocation.

Budget Management:

• Develop and maintain program budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
• Track expenses, review invoices, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain budgetary control.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints.

Program Performance Analysis:

• Evaluate program performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project effectiveness.
• Identify areas of improvement and work closely with project teams to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, contracts, and financial records.

Forecasting and Planning:

• Assist in long-term financial planning and forecasting for programs and projects.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Participate in the development of program proposals, including cost estimations and financial models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in program control, financial analysis, or related roles within a project-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in excel, forecasting, and budget management.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and contract management.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
