Job Description:
Program Control Analyst I is a junior role involved in assisting with a wide range of Program Control functions.
• Assist with monitoring and tracking revenue and expenditures, calculating profit and establishing burn rates.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly contract deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of program status reports, and a wide variety of spreadsheets.
• Coordinate all travel requests for government approval.
• Ensure all travel is planned, coordinated, executed, and reported in accordance with the FAR.
• Validate invoices from subcontractors, review customer invoices, review and track travel requests, and audit expense reports.
• Issues and maintain current work authorizations.
• Work in an integrated manner with the company departments, including finance, accounting, and contracts.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining program control processes and procedures.
• Assist with audit support.
• Other duties as required.
Experience Requirements:
• 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint or Unanet Preferred.
• Knowledge of the overall Government contracting cycle and funding process is desired.
• Experience working with multiple contract types: FFP, T&M, and CPFF.
• Experience working with subcontractors as a prime.
• Must be a team player, able to multi-task, and maintain a high level of work accuracy.
• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent math aptitude, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail-oriented and be able to set priorities.
• Manage work assignments consistent with due dates and deadlines.

Education Requirements:
Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Contracts, Finance, or Accounting
Waiverable/Substitutable: 5 years of related experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
