Description

SAIC is currently hiring a Human Resources and Communications Analyst to support the Violence Prevention Cell of the office of Personnel and Readiness (P&R), Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (OUSD) to implement policies, processes and procedures for the prevention of violence and negative behaviors within DoD. This is a remote work position.

Job Duties:

  • Provide direct support to the OUSD Violence Prevention Cell (VPC) leadership in developing and implementing policies, processes and procedures for the prevention of violence and negative behaviors within DoD
  • Develop Strategic Communications Plan as part of a team in support of VPC leadership
  • Develop Marketing Plan as part of a team to inform and positively influence the decision making of military and government leaders pertaining to negative behaviors within DoD
  • Ensure Communications and Marketing plans appropriately reflect DoD policy on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into an equitable workforce
  • Assist VPC leadership in the creation of a Prevention Workforce plan
  • Develop a User’s Guide to support DoD leaders for the prevention of violence and negative behaviors within DoD

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree and ten (10) years of experience; Masters degree and eight (8) years of experience.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Eligible for Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Required Experience:

  • Experience developing course material and content for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Experience managing a marketing team
  • Experience with conflict management, conflict avoidance and conflict resolution
  • Experience creating and implementing surveys
Target salary range: $125,001 - $135,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
