Description
SAIC is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer. Come join our team working on the next generation SoC design for the Department of Defense and IC. We are working on an exciting opportunity with the Defense Innovation Unit to build a novel cyber solution in a low SWaP form factor that leads to a large JADC2 market with embedded machine learning and advanced processing.
The responsibilities for this position include all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding, and automated testing within an Agile and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery model. In this role, you will join a dynamic team that is singularly focused on providing world class solutions to our customers in an exciting, collaborative, and inclusive atmosphere.
As a software leader you will architect, design, build, and enhance highly available and scalable system software used by customers worldwide. You will direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing. In all cases, you will determine and recommend the best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines and other resource constraints.
