SAIC Career Site is Hiring a Business Analyst Near FORT KNOX, KY

Description

SAIC is seeking a, Fully Remote, Business Analyst to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) to manage all aspects of system and software application requirements elicitation, development, and documentation relative to the Cadet Command Information Management Module (CCIMM). 

 NOTE: This position is a fully remote / work from home position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Elicit business functional and operational requirements including documenting Human Resource Command (HRC) related business processes workflow, transactions and/or operational activities
  • Conduct requirements validation with application functional users and stakeholders, including approvals by all stakeholders on all requirements documentation prior to development initiation
  • Maintain integrity and manage changes to requirements and business process documentation via DimensionsRM, SharePoint, and/or another designated Government centralized data/information repository
  • Develop system and software application functional requirements and document accordingly
  • Migrate requirements from documents and databases to the DimensionsRM repository
  • Participate in testing software changes for compliance to requirements
  • Design and execute test plans on computer applications
  • Serve as Liaison between Business and IT Development Teams to validate requirements
  • As directed, research, validate, and verify analytical information

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) technical details of software and database development with different functional and operational team technical representatives
  • Experience performing research and analysis to help solve problems and find solutions to related to enterprise data management issues
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

  • Must already possess a full Secret clearance
  • Current US Citizenship required 
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
