JOB TITLE: Multimedia Marketing and Communications PROPERTY: Hybrid DEPARTMENT: Sales & Marketing FLSA STATUS:ExemptPOSITION SUMMARY:As an integral part of the SageLife Marketing Team, the Multimedia Marketing and Communications position is responsible for designing and creating effective multimedia advertising and sales materials, including print and digital marketing collateral, digital assets, email marketing, social media content and oversight, website content, video development, sales presentations, and various assets that accurately represent both SageLife and its senior living community brands to meet desired marketing objectives.This role will apply detailed understanding of the SageLife senior living portfolio of communities and company knowledge to assist the marketing team in the coordination of multimedia marketing tactics that assist in executing the organization’s marketing strategies, in collaboration with sales, operations and marketing partners across the organization.These activities will fulfill the SageLife Mission and demonstrate the We Care Values and Sage Promises. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.Design and distribute various print collateral, advertisements, website/landing pages, presentations, and graphical elements such as illustrations, logos and other assets Provide strategic support for marketing communications and materials by executing design ideas and strategyWork in collaboration with Marketing and Sales team to develop clear branding and promotional materials for SageLife and its affiliated brandsCreate various forms of media content, including videos and audio recordings, blog posts, social media posts, e-newsletters, etcDevelop and deploy email marketing campaignsDevelop content calendars, social media graphics, and website content for all SageLife communitiesManagement and oversight of social media accounts for SageLife and its communitiesAssist with management of company websites for SageLife and its communitiesWorks to support and execute marketing communications and campaigns, develops/designs/writes marketing copy to promote products and focuses on production of digital and print promotional materialsCoordinate and oversee video projects from pre- to post-production to achieve engaging video content while maintaining brand integrityManage relationships with external agencies and vendors including but not limited to advertising and printing resourcesCollaborate with Marketing and Sales team to review, edit, and update collateral and sales resourcesMaintain consistency across the SageLife family of brandsServe as brand steward on visual brand identity standardsProvide creative direction on photo shoots and edit/retouch photosManage corporate photo libraryAssist with other projects as requested by SageLife leadershipPerforms other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic arts, design, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experienceProficiency with design software, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopKnowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, SHERPA/ALINE CRM preferredFamiliarity with HTML preferredProficiency with video editing Willing to travel as business needs require (30%) to other office locationsWithin commutable distance of our PA & MD locationsExperience in senior living industry preferred, but not required Skills:Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail.Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia applications.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously over a wide range of creative projectsPrecise attention to detailDemonstrate excellent time management and ability to meet deadlinesExtensive knowledge and experience with social media platforms and WordPress website content management systemExperience/comfort with various online media tools and software for content sharing, such as HubSpot, Emma email marketing, Vimeo, YouTube, etcAbility to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment, as well as be part of a successful teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPassionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customersStrong computer skills necessary (understanding of Apple and Microsoft applications required)Ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challengesEffective and proactive problem-solving skillsPhotography/Videography skills essentialOccasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
