Your Role

Not a Desk Job: As a District Manager at Saga, you'll get all the support you need to grow your Connecticut Solar Sales team, so you can finally scale your success across the North Eastern Region.

You Sell, Everyone Wins: Help train and manage new team members, be a mentor, and grow your team, all while making a great paycheck for yourself. A win-win-win-win (unlike many sales positions).

Your Challenge

Your Experience

Experience Necessary: Have managed door-to-door sales and marketing teams in the past. Being coachable is critical. Things change, industries change. At Saga Solar we are implementing a new style of representatives that will pave the path to a unique sales organization that will then branch out into different industries.

Recruiting: We recruit for you, that way you can focus on being the mentor and trainer new reps need, instead of spending your days making recruiting calls.

Personalized Training: Enjoy one-on-one training and mentorship from our executive team, who has experience growing some of the biggest and most respected companies in the industry. To grow the way we want to, we need leaders who are all-in. And when you're all in, so are we.

Your Money

Bi-weekly Commission-Based Pay: Average earnings for our entry level rep role is $156,000 . Managers should be making double this number. We believe that great pay for reps leads to a hungrier and faster-growing company. We want to give you all the tools to grow your office.

Realistic Expectations: While we won’t promise unrealistic figures, our top entry level rep's 2023 earnings were over $300,000 , to show new hires what’s possible with dedication. We are committed to providing the same level of support to help every rep reach their financial goals and as a manager, it's your job to lead the charge on this mindset.

Better Hours: 11:15am-7:15pm
