Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by staffing to provide quality healthcare services.
- Self-starter who works with urgency and can deliver consistent results
- Exceptional at delivering first in class customer experience
- Manage the coordination of care for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional and compassionate customer service, resolving any issues that arise.
- Source and recruit staff to meet client service requests, maintaining a pool of qualified
candidates.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, referral sources, and managed care organizations.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain records as required.
Qualifications:
- Goal-oriented with a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, and/or management preferred.
- Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated record of goal achievement and responsibility.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills; experience with AxisCare is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
