We've partnered with a top home health care provider who's seeking a Client Services Manager for Harrisburg/Lancaster.
The Client Services Manager drives growth, retention, and the delivery of exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers while ensuring that compliance and quality standards are met. The Client Services Manager troubleshoots and responds to issues to retain clients and caregivers, sources and recruits caregivers, develops relationships, plans and implements outreach campaigns, and educates various referral sources on the services offered.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through staffing caregivers to provide quality home care
- Source, recruit, and help facilitate the hiring of Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Manage/oversee coordination of care for clients
- Deliver client service, compassion, and problem resolution
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate across departments
- Serve as point of escalation to resolve client and caregiver issues
- Hold caregivers accountable for service and performance expectations
- Execute strategies to enhance the service experience of clients and caregivers, contributing to improved client and caregiver retention
- Conduct client visits as needed
- Implement and execute outreach campaigns to resume service with former clients
- Provide analysis, metrics, and weekly reporting regarding patient and PCS retention
- Maintain and act upon data (inquiries, admissions, customer satisfaction, discharges, and referrals)
- Ensure regulatory compliance, HR compliance, and quality standards are maintained
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Experience in home health care industry
- Experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, marketing and/or public relations
- Experience in management
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel locally
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Sense of urgency and adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community members, caregivers, families, organizations, and Supports Coordinators
- Strong computer skills; HHAeXchange experience preferred
- Enjoy working within a diverse, multicultural environment
