Our Client Services Agent are key piece to our success.

AAA Central Penn is hiring for our Insurance Client Service Agent position. This position is vital to maintaining current client accounts while providing top notch customer service. The position collaborates with the Insurance Sales Agent to maintain active accounts, ensure client retention through account renewal, quoting and upselling products to existing customers, as well as providing clerical support to the insurance team as needed.
Summary:
The Client Service Agent is responsible for all aspects of customer service for AAA Central Penn’s Insurance line of business including renewals, quoting, and upselling products to existing and potential clients. The Client Service Agent provides exceptional customer service in all client interactions.
This position is located in our Harrisburg, PA branch.
