Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney - Hybrid/remote
SAFREST is partnered with a large and well established law firm in Philadelphia, PA. They are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a focus on Insurance Coverage matters to join an established team of legal professionals.
Competitive Base Bonus (based on performance/productivity)
Responsibilities:
- Defend insurance companies in firstparty lawsuits.
- Analyze insurance coverage, including commercial and homeowners' policies.
- Conduct depositions, handle arbitrations, and/or participate in trials.
- Provide counsel to clients on insurance related matters.
- Demonstrate strong research and writing skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of litigation experience
- Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar
The firm is located in the center city Philadelphia area and currently operates under a hybrid work schedule, allowing flexibility for remote work. Competitive pay, full benefits, and bonuses are being offered.
