As a Business Development Specialist reporting to the Manager of Commercial Business Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a background in business development, a strong understanding of the aerospace industry, and a proven track record of successfully cultivating relationships.

* Key Accountabilities

o Market Research and Analysis

* Conduct thorough market & industry research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks

* Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to develop informed business strategies

o Client Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

* Collaborate with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

o Sales Strategy

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

* Manage business development pipeline and opportunities in support of Regional Key Account Manager(s)

o Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation

* Prepare compelling and customized proposals, presentations, and pitches for existing and potential customers to secure mutually beneficial agreements

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals align with the company's capabilities and customer needs

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation

o Key Networking and Industry Engagement

* Act as representative for SafranHE at industry events and conferences

* Actively participate in industry forums and associations to enhance our visibility and network
