We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Handle/monitor customer service emails.

- Develop new customer leads.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate: Windows- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Handle emails.
- Ability to follow up and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
