Sadler Health Center is recruiting for a full-time Front Office DentalReceptionist to join our team.
Join us in our Mission to advance the health of our community by providing comprehensive primary care, including medical, dental, behavioral health, medication-assisted treatments and case management services to our patients.
As aFront Office Dental Receptionist, you will be part of a unique, team-oriented care model providing comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to our patients.
In this role you will leverage your customer service experience to provide prompt and effective assistance to our dental patients during their visits. Our Front Office Dental Receptionists are making sure patients are checked in, collect forms and/or documentation, collect payments and ensure patients have access to needed documentation either electronically or in paper form. You will ensure patients are scheduled for follow-ups and their next appointments before they depart our clinic.
Our Front Office Dental Receptionist must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a dental practice. Those with dental assisting training or certification will be preferred.
The position is full-time Monday-Friday and you must have the flexibility to work different shifts from open to close and this includes working the 11 am -7:30 pm shift as part of a rotation every few weeks to support the one day a week we have a late closure.
Pay for this role is $18-19/hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package with a generous PTO benefit!
