Sadler Health Center is recruiting for a full-time Dental Manager to join our team.
As our Dental Manager, you will support our Mission to advance the health of our community. Sadler Health provides comprehensive primary care, including medical, dental, behavioral health, medication-assisted treatments and case management services to our patients and neighbors in Cumberland and Perry County! As a Dental Manager you will be responsible for oversight of our dental operations in all our sites/clinics including department performance, productivity, quality, safety, contract negotiation and recommendations for purchases and service agreements. You will responsible for setting processes and protocols in conjunction with our Dental Director and COO. You will also assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve clinic operations and patient care.
You will ensure our dental team performs their duties in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. You will assist in the facilitation of dental scheduling and coordination of patient appointments and clinical operations.
You will coordinate and communicate with dental providers to ensure they have the support they need to provide timely and high quality patient care. You will oversee and track dental department training including overseeing our dental assistant in-house training program.
This is an onsite role and will require regular travel between sites to support the staff based at different sites.
You must be able to handle multiple priorities and requests at one time. A successful Dental Manager will be able to work independently as well as be able to collaborate and successful work with others.
Experience in a multi provider setting in a public health/FQHC or dental practice management is a plus.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a generous PTO benefit! This is an exempt onsite position with a salary range of $55,000-$65,000.
Sadler Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center with offices in Carlisle, PA, Loysville, PA and soon Mechanicsburg, PA.
