We do this by partnering with home builders to personalize new home design through thoughtful design expertise, extensive product selection and quality installation.
We are looking for a qualified Project Coordinator who can work in a team-oriented environment and is dependable and motivated to provide exceptional office support for the Project Management team.

Objective: To provide office support for Project Manager counterpart through product file maintenance and consistency, material ordering, data entry, and schedule maintenance for specified projects.
Areas of Responsibility:
I. Field Information Packages
· Track and ensure completeness and accuracy of all files and communicate with Designers over any incomplete or missing items.
II. Material Order
· Maintain communication with Project Manager counterpart (PM) regarding project scheduling, plan changes, and variables that may affect ordering.
· Transfer estimates to a sale status in the internal system.
· Transfer non-stock product to purchase orders, order material and confirm orders.
· Timely ordering of materials to ensure material is received in warehouse with enough time prior to install. Be flexible to accommodate timeframes that will vary by builders’ construction schedule requirements.
· Communicate all material backorders to Production, Warehouse and Design teams. Procure material from alternative avenues through relationships with Vendor Representative.
· Send copies of Corian cut sheet and product pictures to warehouse.
· Create “Work Orders” for all associated items and make copies for Warehouse and Scheduling Coordinator.
· Order all shortages/damaged/replacement products as needed per PM when change orders are submitted.
III. Field Support
· Assist Project Management in material research and availability requests.
· Assist in obtaining material information including but not limited to samples and data sheets.
· Visit project jobsites as able or assigned.
IV. General Duties
· Research and analyze all potential new products or construction procedures to improve quality and profitability.
· Update Project Managers, Designers and office personnel of any product changes or cancellations.
· Process change orders from PMs and Designers.
· Maintain positive relationships with builders, trade contractors and vendors.
· Communicate daily with PMs and Design staff regarding status of houses.
· Maintain product knowledge.
· Turn in completed house files daily for invoicing.
· Manage Open-Order Report in the internal system.
· Continually work on understanding homebuilding processes and how our installs relate to them.
V. Team Assistance
· Provide regular workload assistance to team members as available.
· Strive to achieve a high level of job satisfaction for the team and maintain a motivational environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
· High School Diploma
· Construction/Homebuilding/Flooring experience preferred.
· Ability to perform the essential functions of the job in accordance with corporate requirements and professional business practices.
· Strong deductive reasoning skills.
· Must manage well in hectic environment with constant interruptions.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in all Windows applications.
· Industry-specific software (Pacific Solutions) experience a plus.
· Must be able to prioritize and multitask.
· Must be detail oriented and organized.
Other Compensation and Benefits Offered:
Saddleback Design endeavors to reward its employee team members with annual bonus grants based on key performance indicators and the financial performance of the Company. Bonus amounts are contingent as they are driven by the profitability of the Company.
Saddleback Design has a generous benefit offering including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, 401K Plan as well as paid time off.
Salary Range: $43,000 - $48,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
The Company retains the discretion to add or change job duties at any time.
