The Executive Director will also play a pivotal role in prospect research, stewardship, and database management, and will advise and support the Chief Executive Officer and the Board in major gift solicitation.Candidates for the Executive Director role should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a master's degree, and a minimum of five years' experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or philanthropy. A proven track record in successful fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and experience in grant writing and management are desirable. The role demands an individual with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing environments, and foster a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the company's mission, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and be willing to actively contribute to the foundation's growth and performance.
