Saber Community Support and Development Office is Hiring an Onboarding Specialist Near Beachwood, OH

We are looking for the right candidate who wants to further their career and join our team as an Onboarding Specialist. This position is located in our state of the art Community Support and Development Office. The Beachwood location offers many perks including an onsite gym and fun employee activities!

Position Summary:

This primary duty of the Onboarding Specialist is to validate and process onboarding data into the HRIS for employees of responsible Communities. The Onboarding Specialist will ensure that employee records are accurately maintained in the HRIS system and follow all Federal and State requirements and Saber policies.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • This is an in-office position.
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. An Associate’s Degree, or higher, is preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years of payroll processing and/or HR-related experience.
  • CERIDIAN DAYFORCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
  • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers compensation & unemployment.
  • Must be able to scan through information to identify pertinent information.
  • Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.

Shifts and Wages:

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available
  • Shift Needed: Monday-Friday (Flexible hours)
