Job Purpose:

• Assist the Regional Director of Operations in all areas including HR, Payroll, IT, Plant Operations, Purchasing
• To ensure that facilities are well-run and well-staffed by training Facility managers, including HR Directors, Maintenance Directors

Responsibilities:

• Software & Process Training
• Coordinate management meetings
• Payroll management
• Employee Benefits management
• Recruitment reports
• IT setup and management of user accounts
• Online supplies purchasing

Experience:

• At least 2 years of work experience
• Payroll experience preferred
