JobOverview :

Weare seeking a motivated EntryLevel Contractor to administer eQMSsoftware test solutions author SOPs and create training materials.

This role is integral to our mission of delivering fast efficientand compliant eQMS solutions to our clients in the biotechindustry.

KeyResponsibilities :

• eQMSSoftware Administration : Manage andoversee the administration of eQMS software solutions like VeevaMasterControl Smartsolve Qualio Trackwise andNemedio.
• Testing andValidation : Perform rigorous testing ofeQMS solutions in Sandbox and Test environments ensuring thesoftware meets the specific needs of our clients in thepharmaceutical medical device and biologicssectors.
• SOPAuthoring : Draft and maintain StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs) for our clients ensuring compliancewith industry regulations and bestpractices.
• TrainingMaterial Development : Createcomprehensive eQMS training materials tailored to the needs of ourdiverse clientbase.
• TaskPrioritization : Effectively prioritizetasks based on importance and urgency ensuring timely and accuratecompletion ofprojects.
• Potentialfor Growth : This role offers theopportunity to grow into more senior positions within ourorganization with the potential for involvement in more complexprojects and clientinteractions.

RequiredSkills andQualifications :

• Knowledgeof eQMS software such as Veeva MasterControl Smartsolve QualioTrackwise andNemedio.
• Familiaritywith Quality Assurance ITQA Quality Systems Computer SystemValidation Migration andConfiguration.
• Strongorganizational skills with the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clearand concise SOPauthoring.
• A teamplayer with a keen eye for detail and problemsolvingabilities.

PreferredQualifications :

• Previousexperience in a quality assurance or related role in the biotechindustry.
