We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Enter customer information accurately into the database
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals

Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls for sales purposes
