S2 Global is Hiring a Capture Enterprise Solutions Director Near Billerica, MA

OverviewS2 Global, an OSI Systems Company, is actively searching for a skilled and experienced Director to take charge of our capture management efforts for our Enterprise suite of products and services serving the cargo and aviation market sectors.
In this role, you will have the responsibility of crafting innovative capture strategies that address our customers’ operational needs. In developing these capture strategies, you will need to address the needs and expectations of a wide array of external and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for capturing new business opportunities that align with company objectives and growth targets.
  • Strategically determine the best enterprise project and solutions offerings to present to potential clients in a compelling manner.
  • Identify and leverage essential internal and external resources crucial for successful capture efforts.
  • Make informed decisions related to marketing, corporate strategy, proposal development, finance, pricing, contracts, project management, and human resources to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Navigate the complexities of the capture process, requiring expertise in various disciplines such as marketing, strategy, finance, and project management.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for capture strategies and proposals.
  • Proactively involve proposal management early in the process to enhance preparedness and increase the likelihood of securing successfulproposalsTransitionseamlessly from capture management to proposal management upon the release of the RFP, ensuring a cohesive and compelling proposal in response to client needs this includes but not limited to the completion of compliance matrix, costing for proposed solution, proposal content for custom solution and or features specific to requirements.
  • Adhere to proposal schedules.
  • Ability to multitask to support the demands of the business.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and innovation in all capture management activities.
  • Adhere to the company’s ethical standards and promptly report any quality issues for corrective action.
  • Remain flexible in duties and responsibilities to meet the evolving demands and needs of the business.

  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline plus
  • 10 years’ experience in customer-facing roles, and 5 years in leadership roles, or
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Verifiable record of revenue growth accomplishments in the customs, security, and/or government contracting industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing business development team.
  • Communication and negotiation skills that produce desired actions and outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex market landscapes.
  • In-depth understanding of Customs organizations, their mission sets, and challenges
