This is for EVENT SECURITY for CMA fest, located in Nashville, TN.
Dates-June 6-8
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duty will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, violence, or any other unauthorized activities.
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents and take appropriate action
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Skills:
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of basic law enforcement procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Ability to remain alert, focused, and vigilant at all times
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond quickly to emergencies
- Arrives on time and prepared for shift
Candidate Qualifications:
- Tennessee State Guard Card
- Must have own transportation
- Uniform-Black pants & Black shoes, polo shirt issued on day of event.
