Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Conduct security checks of designated areas
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Complete detailed reports on security incidents and actions taken
Skills:
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols
- Strong conflict management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Note: Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required.
This position offers competitive pay. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, responsible, and committed to ensuring the safety and security of our premises.
