The Team:
The implementation consulting team is a global team working with product solutions and engineering teams to successfully deliver client implementations for SP Global's Tax Solutions.

SP Global's Tax Solutions suite of products enable financial institutions and multi-national corporations to adhere to the changing dynamics of tax rules and cross border payments. The role requires the candidate to have excellent management skills, written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational / coordination skills, and strong analysis skills. The successful candidate will be process oriented and have a good understanding of product development lifecycle. The candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to adapt to changes. The candidate will be expected to work with teams in Andover, MA., New York, London, Singapore, Noida, and Gurgaon.

Responsibilities and Impact:
  • Project manage product implementations for SP Global customers. Work in direction of the program manager to manage, control and report on implementation projects.
  • Implement project management standards, compliance and best practices to ensure effective delivery of projects within scope, schedule and budget.
  • Drive project outcomes by supporting and collaborating with the project team.
  • Facilitate meetings, track tasks and issues and transfer critical information to leadership
  • Understand and drive software implementation and integration projects.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,898.00 to $96,049.50. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree & 2 years of experience in project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain OR equivalent experience
  • 1 years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to Tax solutions business domain OR similar experience.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, good planning and organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels.
  • Customer facing skills, good communicator with relationship building skills
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of progressive experience in program/project management experience in financial services/ solutions vendor organizations OR equivalent experience.
  • Certification in Project/program management (PMP OR equivalent).
  • Critical Thinking skills to analyze situations, make informed decisions, and foreseeing potential issues.
