The Job :

As a Bilingual Inbound Warranty Sales Associate (Spanish / English) you will interact with customers who have recently purchased an appliance and are looking to add an extended warranty. You’ll be :

• Answering incoming calls, building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
• Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
• Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

• An hourly base wage of $17.00 per hour Bonus (Bilingual Rate only - English Rate of pay is $15 per hour)

You’d be a Great Fit if You Are :

• 6 months of experience with sales
• 6 months of experience with customer service
• Must have a quiet area free from distraction to work
• Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
• Exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
• An empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
• Eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship
• Currently residing and working in the United States

Technical Requirements

This is a bring-your-own-device program. Please ensure your computer meets the following specifications :

• Windows 10 or 11 operating software (Apple devices and Chromebooks will not work with the required software)
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Minimum Intel I3 processor
• The ability to work with an ethernet cable connected to the modem
• Minimum Internet speeds of 15Mbs download / 5Mbs upload
• Webcam required for training
• USB Headset
