We are looking for a full-time administrative assistant/secretary for a very busy, fast paced plumbing company. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a busy office. Job includes, but not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, accounts receivable/payable, filling out purchase orders, filing, collections.
