• This is a full-time, in-office position.
• Pay starts at $20/hr.
• Monday through Friday schedule. WEEKENDS OFF! Typical office hours.

• Communicate clearly, have good organizational skills, and accurately schedule appointments with candidates and hiring manager.
• Be self-motivated, professional.
• Work cohesively with members of the HR and admin teams.

• Manage S&G job postings and update/close/pause as needed.
• Oversee the S&G Recruiting database.
• Review applicant resumes and screen applicant for potential fit during phone call pre-screen.
• Schedule in person interviews between the applicant and hiring manager.
• Communicate effectively with management and update them on the status of their job postings.
• Communicate job offers to the applicant and send out new hire paperwork to the applicant.
• Track the status of candidates during the onboarding process.
• Other duties as assigned by the HR Director

• Intermediate computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong communication skills written and verbal.
• Able to preserve confidential employee information.
• Punctual, dependable, and responsive to others.

• 1 years of administrative or recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining a recruiting database and familiarity with popular job posting sites i.e. Indeed.

• The Recruiting Assistant will work on a computer and make frequent phone calls 6-8 hours a day to potential candidates.
• The Recruiting Assistant understands this is an in-office position.
