Preventative Maintenance Mechanic conducts troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance services to assembly fixtures, stamping dies and test equipment throughout the plant.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
Assist in creating PM tasks and frequency
Identify risks to business operations and develop corrective actions
Contribute to the continual improvement process
Perform repairs on production fixtures and tooling
Assist Tool makers with troubleshooting
Requirements and Qualifications
Preventive Maintenance Technician candidates should have 3 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing organization.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Must be able to read blueprints
Maintenance Technician should have their own tools: specialty tools will be provided
Excellent communications skills
Basic use of computers and tablet
