Coordinator Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee various administrative tasks and projects
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
-Ensure patient satisfaction and comfort
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of medical office management is preferred
We offer competitive compensation based on experience. We will provide 1-2 week paid training. This is a full-time position with regular business hours.
