Multi-state legal recoveries firm is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our fast-paced Litigation Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and assemble all legal documents
• Assist with docket management
• Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and process servers
• Track and receive all media, affidavits, and pleadings
• Generate and track all judgment documents
• Enter all applicable information into the firm's case management system

Qualified candidates must be energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, able to prioritize to meet goals, and possess good problem-solving skills.

Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Database Management systems.

Collections or law firm experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
