A general practice law firm is looking for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Must have 2 years of litigation knowledge, be highly organized, understand litigation processes. Trial exp. not necessary. Will train the right person who is eager to learn paralegal skills. Must have a good phone presence, pleasant personality, personable, helpful attitude, and take initiative.

The position will handle calendaring, monitoring attorney emails, monitor deadlines, intake corporate filings, respond to text messages, handle litigation case files, and handle primarily client management. Executive assistant skills are a plus.

The firm offers flexibility – part-time/full-time, hybrid after 6 month review. Health insurance, 401k with up to 3% match, paid time off, typical federal holidays.

Compensation ranges: $55k-65k
