Duties Include:

• Selling service and devices
• Hiring and training staff members
• Coaching and helping build up quality staff members
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Seek, organize, and secure marketing and promotional events
• Organize and secure community involvement opportunities
• Able to motivate sales staff to achieve monthly goals
• Keep store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Stay up-to-date on cellular device knowledge and company procedures
• Plan and coordinate marketing plans and opportunities
• Build quality relationships with employees, customers, and the community
