The Restaurant Supervisor will lead front of house operations and ensure exceptional guest experience.
1. Ensure comfortable atmosphere in room (lighting, temperature, music volume, cleanliness-line of
sight).
2. Ensure that standards are being met regarding staff uniforms, quality of service/food, timeliness of
food, guest relations, etc.
3. Conduct daily pre-shift in an upbeat and motivational manner.
4. Ensure that service is up to Ole Red standards.
5. Assist in scheduling staff, voids/closing comps, liquor pulls, cutting staffing levels, checking out
restaurant and bar staff at end of shift.
6. Responsible for bank and adherence to RHP/OEG cash handling policy.
7. Direct interaction with server trainers/leads and trainees.
8. Conduct 100% table visits.
9. Provide clear and specific communications to the staff
10. Ensure guest satisfaction.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
