SUMMARY

Focus on cross-functional issue tracking, resolution, and process optimization from checkout to outbound shipping and invoicing. Skilled in tracking down core issues in systems, operations, and/or with carriers, articulate the problem, then develop solutions to drive a resolution. Solutions may include new system requirements, bug fixes and/or changes to operating procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist in e-commerce customer and fulfillment operations support/escalations
• Drive resolution of operation, IT or other issues related to parcel
• Work with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve issues
• Work with carrier partners to identify & resolve issues
• Perform monthly analysis of the small parcel business across the Ryder E-commerce network
• Perform monthly analysis of the small parcel business across the Partner network
• Support Enterprise Account Managers on customer requests, costumer QBR’s, KPI’s and strategy sessions

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mentor others in education of parcel related activities
• Build and own relationships with customers and internal partners
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or additional four (4) years of required experience

EXPERIENCE

• Five (5) years of experience in small parcel and e-commerce, required
• Experience with small parcel with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHLeC, USPS, and other carriers, required
• Experience with domestic AND cross-border shipments, preferred

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $90k to $115k.

Salaries may be supplemented with a bonus as applicable and/or as business conditions allow.
