Database Administrator is needed to perform the following duties:
· Utilizing SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI as per the unique specifications of reports and the requirements of our business operations.
· Importing/Exporting Data from various heterogeneous data sources to SQL server.
· Convert business requirements into thoughtful elegant reports.
· Responsible for database backups, restorations, recovery of corrupted databases, design, and development of new reports.
· Creates, tests, and executes data management languages.
· Develops database utilities and automated reporting.
· Analyzes and sustains capacity and performance requirements.
· Monitors systems and platforms for availability.
· Assesses malfunctions of hardware and/or software applications for the purpose of determining appropriate actions to maintain computer, network, and database operations.
· Work with business partners and get the reports, missed data and other areas to solve complex data problems.
· Work cross-functionally across the entire organization to help us use data from a variety of sources like Rxbilling, Rxclaim (reconciliation data), Rx-logs, staff-activity, cut back reports, state required reporting, custom daily reports, non-processed electric Rx reports, vitamins, OTC sales, Marketing, profit and loss reports which includes analysis, Patient’s information, reporting of pharmacy claims utilization, cost containment and other key operational indicators.
· Developer works on ETL process of data from different sources of data provided by the business users and business software’s and provides a business status in a report format.
· Design and update software database, Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
· Utilizing SQL, writing queries to generate the output, performing routine maintenance, and addressing special requests.
· Creating Table calculations and Quick Table Calculations (Year over Year Growth, YTD
· Total, and YTD Growth).
· Implement complex business logic with case, cast, convert, CTE using T-SQL.
· Develop Dashboards by using Table calculations and Quick Table Calculations (Year over Year Growth, YTD Total, and YTD Growth).
· Responsible to make decisions and design the project line from end to end. Also must test designs to ensure the system runs smoothly. Furthermore, the Developer must be experts at taking a big-picture view of a company’s data situation and expedite to the company in YTD and QTD Reports.
Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology or Electronic Engineering .
