Position Description The Implementation Lead (CoPay) is responsible for integrating and managing all strategic and tactical program onboarding and change activities throughout CoverMyMeds LoyaltyScript programs. This role will be the primary contact with Pharma and internal customers responsible for operational and strategic activities associated with implementation of new customer programs and change requests. This role will be charged with overseeing all new program and change request development activities and coordinating between various business teams to ensure business rules for new programs and change requests are established and executed according to customer specific needs. The individual is responsible to provide consultative support to both internal and external customers in support of program development and bring forward best practices to ensure an onboarding experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role is responsible to ensure that customers initial experiences are acknowledged as best in class and McKesson is viewed as a market leader that enables a patient journey that produces successful patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Act as consultant for internal and external customers and their partners, applying LS expertise and brand specific knowledge to create robust programs that align with customer vision and objectives Monitor customer satisfaction with program implementations and ensure performance that exceeds customer expectations Use a thorough understanding of market trends and opportunities to align customer needs to available products and services that lead in the execution and growth of brand objectives Provide strategic and tactical direction, including best practice recommendations to internal project teams and external customers Ensure that customers are provided best processes and methodologies needed to ensure operational excellence, both in the design AND delivery of program solutions Represent McKesson as key liaison for customer vendors, agencies, partners and internal teams. Develop solutions and processes/procedures that gain optimal efficiencies and synergies among all stakeholders Develop and present quarterly best practice recommendations to the team to ensure shared growth and development Create and follow established process and template guidelines that ensure programs are developed according to established best practices Support in the develop of internal processes and controls that ensure products maintain both operational efficiencies as well as meet financial goals Monitors program development against contract and updates all teams of any discrepancies to ensure consistency with billing items Reviews initial budget with customer for accuracy and understanding of expectations Coordinates internal effort to produce sizing on any customer initiatives and delivers pricing to sales and/or customer Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all client invoices setup prior to billing release. Escalates identified billing issues/concerns to manager as necessary to ensure 100% accuracy in billing activities. Reviews client invoices from finance department and ensures all invoices are received in a timely manner, reviews all line items, and verifies all backup documentation. Ensures both sales and client are aware of costs outlined in first invoice. Provide subject matter expertise within assigned product to sales and customer management to ensure product growth. Representation in monthly sales and account meetings as well as presentation quarterly with those teams. Represent product directly to customers as required by ensuring SME status and integration within the teams. Education 4-year degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Requirements Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience. Critical Skills 4 years of health care experience, preferably within pharmaceutical or patient access related field. Business Experience: 4 years strategic partner collaboration experience 3 years evaluating business needs and creating solutions. 3 years demonstrated experience delivery customer solutions Collaborative, customer focused skills, with proven ability to proactively create value-based solutions. Extensive experience managing key relationships and strategic partnerships. Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Outstanding communication skills; Ability to connect to people at all levels Advanced presentation and delivery skills Enthusiastic, self-starter with confident, high-energy approach to business challenges Outstanding problem resolution and negotiation skills Additional Knowledge & Skills Knowledge and experience with LoyaltyScript programs or other pharmacy-based patient savings programs a plus. Knowledge and understanding of pharmacy claims process preferred Working Conditions Primary Location – Scottsdale, AZ Additional Locations - Columbus OH, Atlanta GA or Dallas TX Must be authorized to work in the US.
