About the Job:

Arcoro is looking to add an Integrations Implementation Consultant who thrives on working in fast-paced and dynamic environments implementing integration products for customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of clients who are implementing or using our software integrations.

You will work closely with clients to educate them on our integration products and processes in preparation for using our HCM modules in tandem with their current environments (ERP/Payroll systems).

A successful Integration Implementation Consultant possesses a strong technical background, specifically regarding integration concepts and technologies. They have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with clients to educate and implement our software integrations.
  • Configure our software systems in preparation to integrate with external systems and technologies.
  • Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure they are working properly and meeting client needs.
  • Document integration processes and procedures, including testing and troubleshooting procedures, and provide training and support to clients on their use.
  • Assist with data validation throughout the integration process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other consultants, developers, and product managers, to ensure the successful implementation of integration solutions.
  • Complete projects on time and with a client satisfaction rating of 4 or higher.

Must Haves:

  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of software integration, databases, APIs, and related technologies.
  • Project management: Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and ability to manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate integration concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues, and communicate needed improvements to product managers to continue enhancing the solutions.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including other consultants, product managers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.
  • Customer service: Ability to provide high-quality customer service, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and success.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SQL
  • Experience with Web services
  • Experience using Postman or other similar tools
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Experience working in SaaS/Web-based applications
