TITLE: Sales Engineer
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: Horsham, PA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 100% on-site with overnight travel 20% of the time.
START DATE: June/July 2024
SHIFT: M-F, 1 st Shift
We are looking for multiple Sales Engineers who have strong experience in mechanical engineering
Most of the leads that you will be calling are warm and this is a low volume sales role (10 prospect calls per day)
We will teach you everything that you need to learn about our products and sales process, and you should have a strong level of engineering knowledge coming in day one.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the technical sales rep responsible for a geographic region within the US
• Work with existing and new customers to perform needs analysis and provide technical expertise for our precision mechanically engineered products
• Reach out to prospects to share information about our services and see if they want to buy from us
• Travel Monday-Wednesday approximately once every 5 weeks via plane in the continental USA
• Must be highly coachable and willing/able to learn everything you'd be doing for the job
• Identify new business development opportunities through market research, networking and asking for referrals
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• Work towards hitting KPIs providing recommendations and insights for continuous improvement
• Utilize our CRM to for documentation and to track progress

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (ideally), electrical engineering, civil engineering, or similar
  Master's degree is a plus but not a must-have
• Must be outgoing and enjoy talking to people
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain successful business relationships
• Technical knowledge in low voltage systems
