ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Local travel (non-overnight) and on-site
START DATE: April/May 2024
SHIFT: M-F 8am-5pm
We are looking for a Construction Account Manager to join our rapidly growing multi-family division. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with their hands and previous sales experience is not required. Must have strong communication skills and know how to use a computer relatively well. Paid training will be provided.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel locally to meet with customers and prospects.
- Work with existing customers to understand their construction needs.
- Manage the relationship with the customer from start to finish.
- Accurately use a tape measure to ensure that you are ordering the correctly sized materials.
- Input data into our internal database so that you can order the correct parts.
- Reach out to prospects to schedule meetings to discuss their needs and our services.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- General knowledge of contractor maintenance, residential construction and/or kitchen bath remodeling preferred.
- Must be able to accurately use a tape measure.
- Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
