RWE Clean Energy, LLC Functional area: Operations & Maintenance Remuneration: Exempt The Market Operations team ensures that the RWE Renewables Americas fleet is prepared and operating to our business needs within each ISO market. RWE is looking for talented, innovative, dedicated Market Operations Analysts to partner in our venture! Responsibilities:
Support the market registration and qualification process for new renewable projects and ensure they meet the ISO requirements and deadlines
Track and administer the digital access rights within an ISO
Coordinate RFI with stakeholders to resolve operational issues
Perform data analysis and reporting on the operation and performance
Schedule and coordinate performance testing for new and existing renewable projects
Develop innovative processes to improve the capabilities of the team
Track proposed and approved changes to ISO requirements
Maintain and develop knowledge of ISO requirements to support the successful expansion and operation of the RWE fleet
Serve as a subject matter expert on the market requirements in at least two ISOs and provides information to RWE management and other RWE teams as required
May lead cross-functional projects to ensure ISO requirements are met, enter into new markets, or improve RWE fleet operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to manage customer relationships
Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables
Ability to multi-task, while working independently and as part of a team
Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to empathize, build relationships, and effectively communicate with people from a diverse set of backgrounds
Responds well to direction, is easy to challenge and develop, and is coachable
Is detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts
This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE office and field locations
Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time
